Cavalier C-12 CMD Coca Cola Machine Restoration
Cavalier C-12 Coca Cola Cooler Restoration and Repair. Grand America Jukebox has performed many Coke chest type soda machine restorations and repairs. The Cavalier C-12 Coca Cola Cooler is a very popular model for home use. Customers love it for is small size and capacity
The Cavalier C-12 is a Horizontal type Coca Cola Cooler that originally held 12 cases of the small, 6-1/2 oz Coke bottles. The model number “C-12” was only used on Cavalier sales brochures (it never appeared on the ID tag of any cooler). In fact, the late 1940’s versions of this cooler did not have any model number at all, only a serial number. Around 1950 Cavalier began using the model number “CM-12D” on the ID tag of this cooler. And in May of 1955, this changed to the model number “CMD”. The Cavalier C-12 Coke Machine is a “Self Serve” Horizontal cooler (non-coin operated). To operate, the customer would open the top lid, remove a bottle of Coke, then pay a cashier. Because the Cavalier C-12 Coke machine has no actual vending mechanism, it can hold almost anything you want to keep cold, any size bottle, even food
We rebuild the original cooling system, and install a new compressor with a 2 year warranty, new fan motors, thermostat, wiring and power cord
The Cavalier C-12 Horizontal Coke Cooler was originally offered in solid Red paint with white lettering up to 1957. From 1958 on, Two-Tone (Red and White paint) became and option. Let us know which you prefer when having us perform a Coke Machine Restoration on your machine

Cavalier CS-72 Coca Cola Machine Restoration
Cavalier 72A-B Coke Machine Restoration and Repair. Grand America Jukebox performed a Full Coke Machine Restoration to this Cavalier CS-72 Coca Cola Machine. This Coke Machine Restoration arrived looking pretty rough. Having been re-painted sometime in the 1970’s. After our Full Restoration, this Cavalier CS-72 Coke Machine looks and works better than new
In the 1970’s repaint, a new side logo was added, “here’s the real thing”. And after our Grand America Jukebox Full Coke Machine Restoration, the color scheme is back to the factory look with the correct “Have a Coke” side logo
A drinking fountain and lock hasp had been added to the right side of this Cavalier CS-72 Coca Cola Machine. We welded the holes shut to bring this CS-72A Coke Machine back to the factory look

Cavalier CS-96 A & B Coca Cola Machine Restoration
Cavalier 96 Coca Cola Machine Restoration and Repair. Grand America Jukebox Fully Restored this Cavalier CS-96 Coca Cola Machine after it had been very badly damaged. A previous owner had accidently dropped this machine. After our Full Restoration, this Cavalier CS-96 looks good as new
This Cavalier CS-96 Coca Cola Machine arrived somewhat dis-assembled. After a Grand America Jukebox Full Restoration, all parts are assembled, aligned to fit and work great
You can see the damage was pretty severe
After much straightening and body work, the main door finished great

Cavalier CS-64 Coca Cola Machine Restoration
Cavalier 64 Coca Cola Machine Restoration and Repair. Grand America Jukebox has repaired many Cavalier 64 Coca Cola Machines.
The Cavalier CS-64 C-G before and after a Full Restoration. This is a “G” version (CS-64G) made around 1965 that came from the factory with a wood grain front panel, which most people today do not like. We remove the wood grain and paint the front panel red, making it look more like a early 60’s version
Right side cabinet of the Cavalier CS-64 before and after restoration. This Coke machine had been updated in the 1970’s, to the current Coca Cola paint scheme. We restored it back to the original 1965 cabinet look and Coca Cola logo

The bottle vending stack of the Cavalier CS-64, before and after. We sand blast and powder coat the whole bottle vending rack and shelves. Then decal the bottle gates with the correct 60’s vintage decals. We also replace the wiring harness and switch

Inside the Cavalier CS-64 after restoration shows rebuilt and new. The plastic main door liner and rubber gaskets have not been reproduced for all Cavalier versions. So we had to clean them up as best we could, and re-use them. We also replaced the black breaker strips around the liner, with new plastic ones to avoid mold growth and for easier cleaning. We rebuilt the original cooling system for this Cavalier CS-64, installed a new compressor with a 2 year warranty, converted it to the newer 134a refrigerant, installed new fan motors, thermostat, wiring and power cord

Cavalier CS-96C – G Coca Cola Machine Restoration
Cavalier 96C -G Coca Cola Machine Restoration and Repair. Grand America Jukebox restores 1960’s Cavalier CS-96C through G version Coca Cola machines. This Cavalier CS-96C Coca Cola machine arrived in pretty solid shape. Complete but, having some rust issues. Nothing we could not handle. After a Grand America Jukebox Full Restoration, it looks and operates better than new
The front coin entry trim of Cavalier CS-96C-E versions are usually pretty faded and discolored
After a Full Restoration, re-chrome, and new plastics, the coin entry looks good as new
Rust seems to be pretty bad on most of these CS-96C-G versions, in places around the bottle door area
We dis-assembled the whole machine, had it sandblasted. Then, body work and paint to look better than new
This usually continues down the front door as well
And after much body work, it all comes out looking like new
