90 Day Limited Warranty
Our 90-day warranty includes telephone or e-mail diagnosis and repair. It covers repair of the defective part(s) on refurbished or restored machines or games for the first 90 days after your machine or game has left our facility or been shipped to you. It is to Grand America Jukebox discretion if the defective part is deemed un-repairable, and must be replaced. It is the customers sole responsibility to cover the cost of shipping the part(s) in question to and from Grand America Jukebox for repair
Warranty does not cover any abuse or misuse of the item, or any item moved or repaired without authorization from Grand America Jukebox Co. Items listed in “As Is Condition” and coin mechanisms are not covered by any warranty
30 Day Limited Warranty
Our 30-day warranty applies to items that are delivered by Grand America Jukebox within 30 miles of our shop. Our 30-day warranty includes delivery, set up, telephone diagnosis and repair and in-home repair. It also covers repair of defective parts on refurbished items for the first 30 days after your item has been delivered
Warranty does not cover any abuse or misuse of the item, or any item moved or repaired without authorization from Grand America Jukebox Co. Items listed in “As Is Condition” and coin mechanisms are not covered by any warranty
15 Day Limited Warranty
Our 15 day limited warranty applies only to items that have been serviced by Grand America Jukebox. These are items that Grand America Jukebox has serviced for our customers and were not sold by Grand America Jukebox. Items listed as “In-Home Service” would be included in the 15 day limited warranty. This warranty will cover the specific part serviced in an item by Grand America Jukebox. This warranty does not include or cover the entire unit or item that Grand America Jukebox has serviced. It is the customer’s complete responsibility to use the item in question and verify it functionality following service from Grand America Jukebox within the 15 day warranty period. This warranty covers repair of the defective part only, for a period of up to 15 days after service has been performed
Warranty does not cover any abuse or misuse of the item, or any item moved or repaired without authorization from Grand America Jukebox Co. This warranty does not cover the entire serviced item or any part(s) that were not serviced by Grand America Jukebox. Coin mechanisms are not covered by any warranty
Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions of sale applies to all items Grand America Jukebox sells and the Purchaser or Buyer, agrees to all items below by making any purchase from Grand America Jukebox Co
Delivery Times
Grand America Jukebox Co will not express or imply any guarantee on the delivery time of any item sold. Estimates of times given are subject to change and are dependent on payment methods, availability and the shipping companies themselves
Consignments and Drop-Shipping
Grand America Jukebox reserves the right to consign products (new and refurbished) from third parties and have them drop shipped directly from these sources. Third parties have the right to remain anonymous and or silent to the sales transaction. Any attempt to contact these sources will result in final sale and no warranty or “as is” condition
Inspection Upon Delivery
It is the customer’s sole responsibility to immediately unpack their item upon delivery, in the presence of the shipper, to inspect for any damage that may have occurred during shipping. The customer must also follow the unpacking instructions supplied, if any. If damage is present, the customer must file a damage report with the shipper, and obtain a copy of the report before allowing the shipper to leave the delivery location. Once the customer signs the shippers documents, no damage report can be filed. The customer must also take photos of the damage and contact Grand America Jukebox Co immediately of these issues. Minor damage such as small scratches, nicks, and small dents may be present on the item, representing normal wear due to age or from product packaging or transit. This minor damage does not warranty a report or item refusal and or item return
Item Set Up
Most items on our website require some assembly or unpacking. This will require “set-up” time, usually an hour or less. Instructions are provided either by us or in the item manual. Grand America Jukebox Co will not be held responsible for any damage to items due to improper set-up. Unless specified, Grand America Jukebox Co is under no obligation to install any item sold or to place an item in working order at the buyer’s premises. Some items on our website do require minimal to extensive set-up and or programming. In the event that “Set-up” is provided by Grand America Jukebox or its representatives, we assume no responsibility for damage to the item or the premises in which the item is being delivered. Including damage to walls, doors, doorways, flooring or any other places where such damage might occur during delivery and or set-up
Pricing
Prices published on our website or prices quoted by Grand America Jukebox Co may change at any time without notice, due to market conditions. Unless specified, written quotes expire automatically 24 hours from the date issued and are subject to change or termination during that period via verbal or written notice. All quotes and prices are subject to adjustment based on modifications, quantities, new specifications, shipping methods or other terms or conditions that were not part of the original price quote
Returns or Cancellations
Once you have placed an order for an item, we begin final preparations for delivery. Therefore, orders must be cancelled in writing via e-mail to doc2stat@yahoo.com within 24 hours of purchase, to receive a refund, minus a 10% cancel fee. All other cancellations and returns authorized by Grand America Jukebox Co will be subject to 25% restocking fees and the cost of shipping and return shipping. Refusal to take delivery of an item will result in a refund of 50% of the items purchase price, minus applicable shipping and storage costs. There are no returns accepted on special order or made to order items, new or refurbished. These items include, but not limited to custom built and/or custom paint/cabinet finishes, upgraded options such as an amplifier, ipod or bluetooth accessories, and electronics such as computer, power supply or displays
Legal Fees
Grand America Jukebox Co has the right to collect from the purchaser/buyer all reasonable costs and expenses incurred in collection of any sums owed by the purchaser/buyer and shall not be obligated to make any further deliveries to purchaser/buyer. Such reasonable costs and expenses shall include, but not limited to, reasonable attorney’s fees
Agreement To Terms: The purchaser/buyer confirms that they have read and agrees to all terms and conditions and company policies listed in this document
The purchaser/buyer agrees that this agreement and all transactions here under, or any dispute or controversy arising out of, relating to, or in connection with any purchase, transaction, agreement, or its interpretation, with Grand America Jukebox Co shall be governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, County of St. Charles, and agrees that in the event of Federal or State court litigation, all cases will be filed, conducted and heard within the State of Missouri, County of St. Charles
